The Remedy Band would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Season Tickets for inviting us to play last Saturday night, March 14th, 2009 in Fayetteville, GA. It was our first time playing at Season Tickets and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Russ, the general manager of the establishment, commented that there appeared to be about 250 people inside the sports bar for the event and we had a tremendous time playing for a fantastic audience made up of family, friends, followers and new acquaintances. We played about 45 songs during four blistering sets that included everything from Rush to the Allman Brothers, the Black Crowes to Stevie Ray Vaughn, Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, the Eagles, and much more.
We’d like to thank everyone for coming out to see the show and we sincerely hope you enjoyed yourselves as much as we did. A cold and rainy evening, we realize it was a difficult sell to leave the warm and friendly confines of your comfortable homes, so we greatly appreciate you taking the time to come out and join us.
Be sure to check out the photo gallery to see some photos from the event.
And just in case you weren’t there, here’s a “little” something you missed!
Audio clip: Adobe Flash Player (version 9 or above) is required to play this audio clip. Download the latest version here. You also need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser.
For those of you looking for some moving pictures, here’s a video clip of a tune we love to play called, “Leave My Little Girl Alone,” by Stevie Ray Vaughn. The audience seemed to really enjoy it and the blues is something we do pretty well overall so I’d like to think we did a good job with it. Let us know what you think in the comments section below.

Yet again, Remedy has entertained the masses, so much so that it became standing room only!! What a night! Thanks guys, for another great show!
Man, hats off to Mr. Tim “Lord of the Strings” Briscoe for that awesome version of Little Wing! It sounds even better being able to play it back and hear all the instruments. I think everyone did an outsanding job in that song. Yes, because I am the bass player, I think I should also tip my hat to myself as well and to Mr. Andy B., and who can forget our exceptional lead singer Andy Ryff, even though he didn’t sing in that song he did a heck of a job watching us, looking stunning in his new shirt
Once again the band put on a great performance. Can’t wait for the next gig!!
Thanks so much Sherry…we really appreciate you guys coming out and staying til’ the very end! Let us know if there’s anything in particular you’d like us to play in the future and we’ll see if we can conquer it. Thanks again!
